Meta data deletion

You control the Meta Ads connection and the advertiser data TrendHog imports through it.

Disconnect Meta Ads

Open Account, find Connected services, and choose Disconnect beside Meta Ads. You can also disconnect from the Meta Ads setup page.

TrendHog attempts to revoke the authorization with Meta and immediately removes its local connection, encrypted token, advertiser accounts, imported ad snapshot, and stored copies of Meta videos you selected for Remix. Local removal does not depend on Meta being reachable. Generated outputs remain in your TrendHog account, but the removed Meta source can no longer be previewed or remixed from that output.

Delete your TrendHog account

Open Account, choose More settings, and delete the account. TrendHog attempts to revoke the Meta authorization first, then removes the connection, imported Meta data, and stored Meta source videos with the account.

Request deletion through Meta

You can remove TrendHog from Business Integrations or Apps and Websites in your Facebook settings. When Meta sends TrendHog its signed deletion request, TrendHog deletes every connection covered by that Meta user authorization, including its imported snapshots and stored Meta source videos, and returns a confirmation code and status link.

The status page shows only whether a valid confirmation code is complete. It does not expose a Meta user, advertiser, or TrendHog account.
